Terms of service

Who we are

Streyed is operated by HOOFMAP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16978040), trading as Streyed. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: hello@streyed.com.

The service

Streyed is a browser-based training game that helps show jumping riders practise seeing a distance to a fence. It needs an account (your email address) to play, and works on modern browsers on desktop, phone and tablet.

Streyed is a training aid, not instruction. It does not replace lessons, professional coaching or your own judgement when riding real horses, and decisions you make in the saddle are your own.

Free trial

New accounts get 1 day of full access, free, starting when you confirm your email address. No card details are taken for the trial. When the trial ends, access pauses until you subscribe; nothing is charged automatically.

Subscriptions

The subscription is £5 per month, taken by our payment provider Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Manage subscription page; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing further is charged.

If you are unhappy in your first 14 days as a subscriber, email hello@streyed.com and we will refund your first payment in full. This sits alongside, and does not reduce, your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your account

An account is for one rider. Please do not share your sign-in email or resell access. You are responsible for keeping access to your email inbox secure, since it is how you sign in.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Streyed available and improving, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and features may change as the game develops. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
